ASSIGNMENTS
This basic writing class introduces many of the fundamentals of writing well in English and encourages students to start writing!
Answers two major questions:
Why should I improve my writing?
and
How can I improve my writing?
Also: brainstorming, sentences, paragraphs, unity, coherence, conclusions.
There is the opportunity (though not necessity) to practice brainstorming and generating solid topic sentences with interactive whiteboards.
This class is perfect for those who are still writing in school or adults who require a reminder of the basic skills and a bit of encouragement to get back into writing!

Ron owns and operates L.T.L. Tutoring Central, a private tutoring business in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. Tutoring Central has been in operation since 1996. Ron teaches students of all ages and abilities. His primary focus is on improving one's English skills both in spoken and written forms.
Also, he loves teaching others how to learn!
He believes that encouragement and motivation are key in learning any subject. He is an honors graduate of the University of Guelph (English / psychology) with sixty-two courses, many outside his major - primarily philosophy and education.
